Alight

Alight is a global leader of human capital, benefits administration and cloud-based technology solutions. As a lead designer of the in-house creative team, I played a pivotal role in launching the Alight brand in 2017. In 2021 we launched brand refresh in preparation for an IPO, resulting in significantly elevated brand recognition and market positioning. My creative contributions include devising comprehensive marketing strategies and brand creative across campaigns, platforms and tactics, encompassing digital, print, events, environmental, OOH, and video & animation to achieve strategic marketing goals.
